Maksymilian Rafailovych "Max" Levchin is a Ukrainian-American software engineer and businessman. He co-founded PayPal in 1998, where he served as CTO. He is also the founder and CEO of Affirm, a financial technology company, and co-founder and Chairman of Glow, a data-driven fertility company.
