We maintain a database of the Israeli high-tech ecosystem: companies, their funding, sectors, and the people publicly associated with them. This notice explains what we hold, where it comes from, and how you can correct or remove information about yourself.

What we hold

• Business data (not personal data): company name, sector, funding rounds and amounts, investors (firms), headquarters, headcount ranges, acquisitions. This is the bulk of the database.
• Personal data about named individuals: where a person is publicly associated with a company in a business capacity — typically a founder or executive's name, title, and company affiliation, and occasionally a publicly published professional profile link.

Where it comes from

All of it is assembled from publicly available sources: funding announcements and press coverage, the Israeli Companies Registrar (Rasham), regulatory filings (e.g. SEC/TASE), and companies' own websites. We do not buy personal data or collect it covertly.

Why we hold it (legal basis)

We process this data for the legitimate interest of maintaining an accurate public reference on the technology ecosystem — the same basis on which comparable industry databases operate. Personal data is limited to business-context professional information; we do not hold special-category data.

Retention & provenance

We retain records for as long as they remain relevant to the ecosystem reference, and we keep the source of each record so we can answer questions about its origin and accuracy.

Account sign-in

Signing in is optional and only enables convenience features (such as exporting search results). If you sign in with a third-party provider (e.g. Google), we receive and store only an opaque account identifier supplied by that provider, used solely to recognize you when you return. We do not request, receive, or store your name, email address, contacts, or any other profile information from the provider. We do not post anything to your account. You can stop using sign-in at any time; ask us via the contact below to delete your sign-in identifier.

You may ask us to correct inaccurate information about you, or to remove your personal information from the database. Submit a request here:
