About
Eden Shochat is an Israeli businessman and venture capitalist. He is the co-founder of Aleph, an early-stage venture capital fund, with Michael Eisenberg. Aleph is an early-stage fund with $850 million under management that partners with Israeli entrepreneurs to build large companies and global brands. Prior to co-founding Aleph, Shochat was a general partner at Genesis Partners, where he became the youngest full partner in an Israeli venture capital firm. He also co-founded Face.com, which was acquired by Facebook in 2012, and Aternity, acquired by Riverbed Technology in 2016. Shochat is also the founder of The Junction, a pre-seed program for startups in Israel, and co-founder of the annual Geekcon conference.
