Accel is an early and growth-stage venture capital firm powering a global community of entrepreneurs. Accel backs entrepreneurs who have what it takes to build a world-class, category-defining business. Accel brings more than three decades of experience building and supporting hundreds of companies. Accel's vision for entrepreneurship and business enables it to identify and invest in the companies that will be responsible for the growth of next-generation industries. In May 2019, Accel London, the EMEA office of the firm, has completed raising a $575 million fund dedicated to investments in early-stage companies in Europe and Israel. The funds initial investments will range from $5 million to $15 million per company. The latest fund, which is Accels sixth European fund, brings Accels funds under management in Europe to about $3 billion.
