Previously, he served as Corporate President and Chief Strategy Officer for Samsung Electronics, where he led global strategy for innovation, investment, and new business creation. Sohn was instrumental in Samsung's $8 billion acquisition of HARMAN International and launched the Samsung Strategy and Innovation Center (SSIC), which had offices in Korea, the US, and Israel.
