Yoav Amit is an angel investor based in Herzliya, Tel Aviv, Israel. He has also served as the CEO of Israel Corp. (TASE:ILCO) since July 2019 and as the Executive Chairman of ICL (TASE:ICL, NYSE:ICL) since July 2019. Previously, he was the CEO of Kenon Holdings Ltd. and Executive Chairman of IC Power Ltd. He also founded and was CEO of the Ofer Group's private equity fund and has been the Chief Executive Officer of XT Investments (formerly known as XT Capital and Ofer Hi-Tech) since 2001. Yoav Amit holds a BA in Economics and Management from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology and an MBA from Haifa University.
