About

The Builders is an innovation platform designed to help our Fortune 500 partners save money or increase growth using technology. Through The Builders Commercialization Program, our partners (Mercedes-Benz, Walmart, Mondelez, Paramount and Maersk) find, engage with, and scale startups and innovative technologies, using a unique methodology that focuses on building meaningful relationships and carefully matching startups with real business needs. The Builders operate several proprietary programs that increase the “conversion rate” of innovation into adopted corporate practice. Hundreds of our partners’ associates have taken part in the program by participating in a POC, ranking startups, meeting with the entrepreneurs, and using their products in real life business applications. Together with its 97 startup alumni, the program completed more than 220 pilots & signed 60 license agreements with our corporate partners. 20% of our alumni startups have been acquired by giants such as Walmart, Snapchat, Alibaba, Nielsen, AB Inbev and ServiceNow, among others.
