Tal Capital started its activities in 2017 as a US-based firm with Eyal Dior and Ron Ostroff as senior advisors. In early 2021, it was reformed as Tal Ventures, an Israel-based fund recognized by the Israeli Tax Authorities. The firm has deep ties to the Israeli high-tech ecosystem and focuses on investing in capital-efficient businesses that leverage technology and have global scalability. They invest across various industries, including fintech, healthcare, biotech, food-agtech, SaaS, consumer, logistics, and AI, from pre-seed to Series B stages.
