Simi Efrati is an Israeli entrepreneur, founder, co-founder, and investor with over two decades of experience in the high-tech industry. He leads S-Ventures, a group that focuses on media innovations, education, and eCommerce investment opportunities and startups. S-Ventures identifies business opportunities and helps transform them into successful operations, with a track record of taking companies from inception to profitability, IPOs, or M&A. Efrati has been involved in founding, co-founding, funding, and investing in various technology companies, including Samurai Investments, Latto, TravelFusion, Appstream, Gool, and Simigon. He holds an LL.M in Corporate Law from New York University of Law and an LL.B from the University of Kent, UK, and is a lawyer in the Israeli bar.
