Ronen Shilo is an Israeli entrepreneur and software engineer. He is known for founding Conduit, which became Israel's largest internet company in 2013 with a valuation of $1.3 billion. After stepping down as CEO of Conduit in early 2019, he founded Head Ventures, a private investment firm and innovation lab. Head Ventures is home to companies like Motiva, Klydoclock, and Lyba. Shilo also co-founded 4T.ventures, an early-stage investment vehicle in Israel, with Roy Gen. Earlier in his career, he founded DoubleAgent, which was acquired by NetManage, and Effective-I.
