About

RDSeed invests in early-stage ventures. The company offers start-ups access to the largest R&D center in Israel (Rafael), a leading financial and legal team (Elron), and a management team to help them get to market. RDSeed meets with hundreds of companies to find those few special ideas to invest in. If a start-up is chosen, RDSeed uses its resources to ensure that the companys technology base, intellectual property, ecosystem, and business plan put it on the road to success. Once a company is selected, it undergoes a deep due-diligence process, including market/competitive landscape, intellectual property, tech, human resources, business plan and model, go-to-market, and legal analysis. RDSeed wants to help start-ups grow and succeed, leveraging its in-house capabilities and providing for all of the companys needs. First-round investments can go as high as $1 million, with an option to invest in follow-up rounds. RDSeed Ltd is powered by RDC, a collaboration between Elron and Rafael.
