Poalim Electronic Communication

Poalim Electronic Communication was a holding company established in January 1999 within Poalim Investments (a subsidiary of Bank Hapoalim) to manage and trade the parent company's communications holdings. It held stakes in 15 companies operating in the communications sector in Israel and abroad. The company planned to raise $15 million at a valuation of $100 million in an IPO around October 1999. In 2001, it was a significant player in the Israeli communications market, linked with Eurocom, and involved in ventures like Tapuz, Partner, and YES.
