Patrick Drahi is a French-Israeli billionaire businessman and investor known for founding the multinational telecommunications and media conglomerate Altice. He has built his empire through aggressive, debt-financed acquisitions of cable and telecom companies across Europe and the United States, including SFR in France, Suddenlink and Cablevision (now Altice USA) in the US, and HOT in Israel. Drahi also owns the international auction house Sotheby's and founded the Israeli news channel i24news.
