Oren Zeev is a serial entrepreneur, venture capitalist and angel investor.
He is the founding partner of Zeev Ventures, a one-man Silicon Valley-based venture capital firm with early-round investments in technology companies. He backs companies mostly in the internet and mobile internet spaces.
Prior to that, Mr. Zeev served as a General Partner at Apax Partners, where he joined in 1995 and was responsible for the Tech & Telecom sector for the United States at the firm. He has also served as a partner at Primera Capital. Prior to these roles, Mr. Zeev served as a Research Staff Member in the Israel Science and Technology Center at International Business MachinesCorporation. Previously, he served as a Member of the Founding Team in the VLSI Design Center at the firm, where he was responsible for managing several significant research and development projects. Prior to that, Mr. Zeev served as a Partner at VocalTec Communications. Before that position, he was a Research Staff Member for IBM.
