It is a member-led organization committed to finding, funding, and mentoring early-stage companies from pitch through successful exit. Their 120+ members are entrepreneurs, CEOs, venture capitalists, and business leaders who have founded, funded, and built world-class companies. New York Angels members invest in a wide array of industry sectors, and their investments span the United States and internationally, including companies based in Canada, the UK, and Israel. The organization has an Israeli Investment Committee (IIC) that focuses on finding, mentoring, and funding Israeli entrepreneurs. Over its 20-year history, New York Angels members have invested in many Israeli founders, contributing to the 450 Israel-originated companies now based in NYC.
