Moshe Lichtman was born in 1956 in Israel. Mr. Lichtman is a Co-founder and General Partner at Israel Growth Partners (IGP), a private equity investment firm, which focuses on companies with strong category leadership potential that are operating within emerging market verticals or disrupting mature markets. Lichtman has over 30 years of product and leadership experience in the global high tech industry and is an active angel investor in Israeli startups. He held many management positions in Microsoft, including as corporate vice president of Microsoft's consumer platforms division, president for Microsoft international internet business, corporate vice president of Microsoft's TV division , and eventually retiring in 2011 as the corporate vice president and head of Israel research and development center at Microsoft Corporation (a position he filled in since 2006). Prior to his time in Microsoft, Mr. Lichtman held software development and management positions in several high-tech companies.He is Co-author of the "Complete Guide to the C Language". In 2009, Mr. Lichtman was selected Top High Tech Chief Executive Officer of a large multinational company in Israel by the Israel Management Institute.
