Leonardo Leiderman is the Jack and Lisa Yael Professor of Comparative Economics at the Eitan Berglas School of Economics, Tel Aviv University. He is also the Chief Economic Advisor of Bank Hapoalim, the largest commercial bank in Israel. Leiderman has held senior positions at the Bank of Israel and Deutsche Bank, and his research focuses on macroeconomics, monetary theory and policy, and international finance. He is also the Head of the Institute for Research of Economic Strategies (IRES) at the Peres Academic Center.
