About
Kobi Rosengarten is an angel investor and former General Partner at Jerusalem Venture Partners (JVP). He has over 25 years of experience in senior management positions at global hi-tech companies. Prior to JVP, he served as COO and then President of Saifun Semiconductors, leading the organization from the start-up phase to an IPO in 2005. He also held senior management positions at Micro-Swiss, Kulicke and Soffa Industries, and Elbit Systems. Rosengarten holds an M.Sc. in Industrial Management and a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from the Technion, the Israel Institute of Technology. He serves as a Member of the Technion Council and Board of Governors.
