He co-founded the M&A department at First Boston, was a partner at Lehman Brothers, and later joined Blackstone, where he led Blackstone Alternative Asset Management (BAAM). He is currently CEO of Two Sigma's real estate business and chairman of its private investments business, and also heads the Hill Art Foundation.
