Incubit Technology Ventures is focused on investing in early-stage deep tech startups from Israel. Incubit is interested in verticals such as: AR, Materials, Energy, AI, Quantum, Robotics, IoT, Industry 4.0, Sensing and more. Incubit operates within the Israeli Innovation Authority (IIA) incubators program. Its investment focuses on early-stage startups and provides a $1.3M equity investment divided into equity investment for 2 years of operation, InKind investment provided by Elbit Systems and an option for extended third year of operation without additional equity. In addition, Incubit also provides support and services such as office and labs, accounting and legal services, business and marketing mentoring, and supporting future rounds of investments. Incubit Technology Ventures is fully owned and backed by Elbit Systems Ltd. Incubit's evaluation process is backed by Elbit Systems experts who support the assessment of technological differentiation, risks and time-to-market of each team. Within this evaluation, the technology behind the idea is explored, so as the scientific market and viability, and the experts recognize synergies it may have with Elbits fields of interest, and get to know the people on the team.
