Horizon GreenTech Ventures was an accelerator and incubator program founded in 2011, based in Dimona, Israel. Horizon GreenTech Ventures was formed as an investment alliance by GE Alstom SA, Rotem Industries, and Gefen Biomed Investments. In September 2020, South Israel Bridge Fund (SIBF) acquired its entire portfolio of 10 companies.
