Horizon Europe

Horizon Europe is the European Union's flagship funding program for research and innovation, running from 2021 to 2027 with a budget of €95.5 billion. It aims to advance scientific excellence, drive transformative innovations, and address global challenges, ultimately enhancing the EU's competitiveness and promoting sustainable growth. Israel is an associated country to Horizon Europe, allowing its researchers and organizations to participate on equal terms with EU Member States and benefit from R&I cooperation and European funding. Since the start of the program in 2021, Israeli companies and researchers have secured significant funding, placing Israel among the top participating countries.
