HiFund

HiFund is an innovative investment vehicle based in Haifa, Israel, backed by experts in technology investments. It delivers varied capital-raising solutions, driving investor value domestically and internationally, while catalyzing Haifa's tech-driven entrepreneurial landscape. HiFund is part of HiCenter Ventures Group, a municipal company fully owned by the Economic Company of Haifa Ltd, which is wholly owned by the Haifa Municipality. HiFund focuses on fostering tech companies at various sectors and stages of development, from pre-seed to Round A, particularly those based in Haifa and the northern region of Israel. Since its inception in August 2020 (as part of HiCenter Ventures), HiCenter Ventures has facilitated the admission of over 90 companies and assisted in raising over 800 million shekels through private investments and grants within the HiCenter framework. In 2025, HiCenter Ventures invested in 24 startups, with its portfolio raising an additional ~$90 million. Its investor network now includes roughly 1,200 private investors alongside partnerships with Israeli and international venture capital firms.
