FTAC Olympus Acquisition Corp

FTAC Olympus Acquisition Corp. was a Special Purpose Acquisition Company (SPAC) formed to merge with or acquire businesses in the technology and financial services technology sectors. It completed its IPO in August 2020 and subsequently merged with the Israeli-founded global payment and commerce-enabling platform, Payoneer Inc., in June 2021. Following the merger, FTAC Olympus Acquisition Corp. ceased to exist as an independent entity, and the combined company operates as Payoneer Global Inc. [2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 9, 10, 11, 14]
