The Fresh Field Catalyst Accelerator is a flagship program designed to connect promising technology innovators with leaders from the fresh produce and floral industries. It aims to bring technology companies with ready-to-market solutions to the produce and floral industry to help make the supply chain more resilient and climate smart. The program supports startups in the produce and floral industry to create innovative solutions to major sector challenges, including food waste, climate crisis, water and resource scarcity, and improving sustainability. The accelerator creates rapid industry introduction and onboarding for these companies to remove barriers, make connections, and increase intelligence that can help speed innovation and adoption. It is presented in partnership with Clemson University, the Foundation for Food & Agriculture Research (FFAR), and USDA.
