Food Tech Accelerator

The Food Tech Accelerator, based in Rome, Italy, is a global and independent accelerator program focused on food technology. It is supported by the startup boot camp "Food. Tech" and aims to foster innovation in the food sector. The accelerator selects startups and builds industrial pilot projects in collaboration with corporate partners. It offers expert mentoring, helps with progress from ideation to validation and growth, and connects startups to potential follow-on investments. The program focuses on areas such as midstream technologies (Blockchain & Traceability, Quality & Food Safety), Circular Economy, and solutions for new types of foods and beverages or alternative ingredients.
