FinSec Innovation Lab by Mastercard

The FinSec Innovation Lab, operated jointly by Mastercard and Enel X, is an Israeli innovation lab and accelerator based in Beersheba. It focuses on advancing fintech and cybersecurity solutions for the payments and energy ecosystems globally. The lab partners with early-stage Israeli startups, offering physical space, services, mentorship, real-world data for simulations, and access to grants from the Israel Innovation Authority. It was established in 2020 as a result of a tender issued by the Israel Innovation Authority, the Israel National Cyber Directorate, and the Ministry of Finance.
