FinSec Innovation Lab is an accelerator and incubator program established in 2020 by Mastercard and Enel X, in partnership with the Israel Innovation Authority (IIA), the Israel National Cyber Directorate (INCD), and the Israel Ministry of Finance (IMOF). It aims to assist early-stage Israeli startups in fintech and cybersecurity to scale their solutions in global markets.
