David Rashty is the Founder of CreativeMinds and an active early-stage angel investor. While running CreativeMinds, Mr. Rashty founded JumpStartCTO in 2012. Prior to founding CreativeMinds, Mr. Rashty co-founded and served as CEO of ResearchTrail. Previous to that, Mr. Rashty co-founded and served as CEO of Addwise Infomanage, until it was acquired in 2005. While working at Addwise, Mr. Rashty was a senior consultant to the Israeli Government Internet Commission for 9 years. Before and during that position, he was co-founder and CEO of Snunit, the first website in the Israeli web arena. Earlier in his career, Mr. Rashty was a consultant at IBM, helped in the initiation of IBM Israel local Internet service provider (ISP) and defined the ISP charter, work policies, and services. He served as a project leader in the Israeli Air force, developed and managed a joint project between the Israeli Air Force and Scitex. During the project, he directed the work of staff members, developed new implementations and managed project outputs. The project won the 1986 Israeli Air Force special yearly award.
