The Clarity Technology Access Fund (ClarityTech) invests alongside Fortune500 companies and major multinational corporations, in strategic investment, when they invest their own capital in early-stage Israeli technology companies. ClarityTech invests alongside their corporate partners from seed stage through later rounds. Among these partners are Microsoft, Tata Group, Qualcomm Ventures, GE Ventures, Temasek, HNA Innovation Finance Group, and Pitango Venture Capital. The fund will focus on the growing Internet of Things IoT segment in Israel, and will include mentorship & the creation of synergies with global partner-investor network. ClarityTech firm targets transactions where multiple large corporates invest in small companies together. ClarityTech intends to add additional similar partnerships over time.
ClarityTech's first investment allocation is I3 Equity Partners, an investment vehicle dedicated to early-stage investments in Israeli IoT start-ups, managed by experienced investors Eran Wagner and Noga Kap.
