About
Prof. Carmel Sofer is a venture capitalist, entrepreneur, and strategic consultant with over 25 years of experience in Israel's high-tech industry. He is also the co-founder and chairman of the Yazamut 360° Center for Entrepreneurship and an associate professor in Ben-Gurion University of the Negev's Departments of Cognition and Brain Science and Industrial Engineering and Management. He was previously a general partner in Gemini Israel Ventures and served as president of Comverse Europe, and founder and CEO of Starhome Mach.
