About
Cactus Capital is Israel's first student-run venture capital fund, rooted within the Yazamut 360 center at Ben-Gurion University. It is dedicated to supporting and funding outstanding BGU students and recent graduates (up to two years post-graduation) pursuing tech entrepreneurship. The fund provides financial backing (up to ₪100,000 for early-stage startups) and professional guidance, including cloud infrastructure, legal advice, business guidance, and connections to follow-on investors. Cactus Capital also runs the Cactus Academy, a program that trains BGU students to become analysts and team members of the fund.
