Avichay Nissenbaum is Co-founder and Managing Partner at Tel-Aviv based lool ventures, an early-stage VC fund specializing in AI-Native and AI Resilient (deep-tech) technology companies. With more than 13 Exits as a VC and an angel investor, Avichay brings a wealth of experience as both an operator and investor, leveraging his expertise to help founders scale transformative startups. As an entrepreneur and operator, Avichay co-founded Yedda Inc., where he served as CEO before its acquisition by AOL, later becoming AOL Israel Country Manager. He also co-founded SmarTeam Corporation, a pioneering PLM solutions company acquired by Dassault Systemes (NASDAQ: DASTY). In these roles, Avichay built and scaled global businesses, driving growth across the US, Europe, and Asia while delivering successful exits.
Avichay serves as a director and advisor to multiple portfolio companies, providing strategic guidance to mission-driven founders building globally impactful technologies.
