About

Avi Naor is an Israeli high-tech entrepreneur and philanthropist. He co-founded Amdocs, a leading software and services provider for billing systems and customer relations management, and served as its President and CEO from 1995 to 2002. After leaving Amdocs, Naor dedicated himself to social and philanthropic activities. He established the Or Yarok (Green Light) organization in 1997 to promote road safety in Israel, following the tragic death of his son. He also co-founded the Oran Foundation (later the Shahaf Foundation) with his wife Eti, focusing on supporting at-risk children and youth and developing young communities in Israel. Naor has been recognized for his philanthropic work, receiving the Israel Prize for Lifetime Achievement in 2014.
