About
Allan (Chanoch) Barkat is an Israeli entrepreneur and former venture capitalist. He founded and chairs Dualis, a nonprofit social investment fund that supports for-profit social businesses employing vulnerable populations in Israel. Previously, he was a managing partner for Israel at the global private equity firm Apax Partners and served as vice president of worldwide marketing and sales for DSP Communications. Barkat has also served on the Israeli Prime Minister's Roundtable on Social and Business Coordination.
