AKT LABS is an intensive, three-month, mentorship-driven accelerator for early, pre-seed-stage companies aiming to solve current and future talent acquisition and talent management challenges. The program is designed for entrepreneurs to refine their business models and products with help from a combination of structured workshops, speaker seminars, and mentorship sessions. The program offers active coaching from AKT's investment team, which includes a mentor network to help with product development, market fit, and growth strategies; HR executives from corporate partners to help brainstorm, pilot, and license; and professional services from partners who understand the unique needs of tech start-ups. The program also offers a creative office environment with a classroom and meeting spaces.
