Plant-based Egg Substitute
Zero Egg has developed a nutritious plant-based liquid egg that tastes, looks, and functions like a real egg and can be used as an egg substitute in any recipe, including omelets, baked goods, mayonnaise, and sauces. Made using soy, pea, chickpea, and potato protein, Zero Egg has a high nutritional value and contains no cholesterol.
In 2019, Zero Egg won the Foodtech Innovation Competition held at Calcalit’s FoodTech conference.
