Willa City is offering a shared-living solution for people aged 55 to 75 who are tuned-in, have plenty of disposable income, and do not want to spend their adulthood alone in the suburbs, and who are ready to move back to the city for an active and growth-centered lifestyle.
Every Willa building will be made up of residential space, which the companys clients can make their own. It will also include shared spaces with recreational and educational facilities, a health club, a wellness center, some office space with computers and recording equipment, and shared gardens. Willa will not provide medical services or enable live-in assistance.
Willas platform is designed to ensure the running of the operation. The Willa app will serve to increase engagement and benefit other local businesses. Its one-stop shop for residents will enable users to communicate with the buildings management in order to book shared spaces, register for classes and external activities, organize events, and manage payment.
Willa is set to open its first building in the heart of Porto at the beginning of 2021. A second building, in Barcelona, is planned for the second half of 2021, with at least two more by the end of 2022 in London and Berlin.
