Its offerings are focused on ASIC development services from concept to silicon, FPGA development services, and DO-254 certification platforms and services. The company is strategically aligned with Global Unichip Corporation (GUC) of Taiwan, providing customers with the supply-chain management and vast IP portfolio of the Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company. Verisense is the Israeli representative of GUC. In November 2016, Verisense announced that it will merge with Inomize. The merged company will be called Inomize, while keeping the Verisense brand name as an independent business unit.
