TrainPain is a science-based digital product designed to improve mental and emotional well-being for people living with neuropathic and fibromyalgia pain. The platform is designed to promote brain health through neuroplasticity exercises.

TrainPain’s technology targets sensory-perceptual processes to reduce pain-related hypersensitivity in the nervous system. The platform integrates wearable hardware with personalized sensory training games which enable patients to rehabilitate dysfunctional sensory processing. The rehabilitation platform will be available in both virtual reality and smartphone-based formats for maximum accessibility in the clinic and the patient’s home.

The company’s digital therapeutics platform comprises a small stimulator that delivers gentle vibration pulses during a 15-minute training session; brain training video games that measure the user’s sensory perception and personalize the training exercises in real time; and a virtual pain coach that shares daily advice, support, and encouragement via text.

TrainPain was formed in the eHealth Ventures incubator, a digital health incubator focused on finding, funding, and growing promising early-stage Israeli digital health companies.
