Tomer is a government-owned Israeli defense company that serves as a national knowledge center for rocket propulsion technology. It develops and manufactures rocket systems for air, land, and naval weapon systems used by Israel's Ministry of Defense, Israel Defense Forces, and foreign armed forces. Its products include rocket motors for Arrow missiles, Shavit satellite launchers, ELRAD air defense systems, and artillery rockets. The company was established in 2015 following the privatization of IMI Systems to safeguard strategic rocket propulsion capabilities.
