The company developed a unique platform that puts users in control of incidents that impact their business, enabling them to resolve every single one with clarity, structure, and speed. Exigence offers a SaaS-based platform for managing critical incidents for any IT-based system. In the case of a critical event, the platform is triggered either by monitoring systems or manually. Depending on the configurations, it sends a message to the users involved. It records the logs during the entire event and prepares an RCA post the event.
