About
Salient Eye has launched a SaaS-based video communication system designed for customer support centers, 24/7 emergency control centers, and hospitals. The system enables customer support agents, operators, and doctors to turn incoming cellular phone calls into video sessions, with no need for users to install any type of app. During the session, participants can join other users on the call, share files, and much more.
