PTech HM develops a mobile app designed to continuously monitor, diagnose, detect, and correct snoring and sleep apnea at home. The patients sleep session information is automatically transmitted to PTechs clinician management system, which resides in the doctors clinic, providing automatic health analysis and alerts. The app monitors breathing sounds, chest movement, body position, activity, heartbeat, and oxygen saturation. Once snoring is detected, the app may emit sounds to stop snoring and apnea. PTech has developed a number of standalone iOS and Android apps designed for sleep and heart-rate monitoring for individual patients.
