Psistar is an industrial AI company building physics-native foundation models for high-stakes operational environments. While generative AI predicts text, we predict physical events. Psistar's technology treats physics as a language and engineering knowledge as grounded truth. Built on top of our proprietary research, Psistar developed two core model families that operate as a real-time reliability and optimization layer within existing industrial control systems. The first transforms engineering documentation, including manuals, schematics, SOPs, and control logic, into a structured operational brain with full traceability to source data. The second is a physics-informed perception engine that forecasts sensor behavior, detects anomalies, and predicts system failures before they happen. Together, they enable operators to understand not only what is happening, but why it is happening and what action should be taken next. Psistar's systems run fully on-premises, air-gapped, and audit-traceable. LLMs are used only at the interface layer, never in the operational decision path. While the applications are nearly limitless, we are already transforming legacy infrastructure into autonomous operational experts across Energy, Aerospace, and Data Centers.
