Plas-Free is an Israel-based company specializing in the development of blood filtration systems. Its main product, ClearPlasma, is a single-use device designed to extract plasminogen, a key protein responsible for dissolving blood clots. By removing plasminogen from plasma units designated for transfusion, ClearPlasma enhances coagulation and promotes hemostasis. This technology has been proven in multiple clinical trials conducted in Israel and Europe. In addition, Plas-Free is developing the Ammonia Adsorption Column-300 (AAPC-300), designed to reduce toxic accumulation in patients with liver failure. This technology is currently in pre-clinical trials.
