PlaceIt has developed a groundbreaking platform which will allow users to easily pay for transit tickets using only their mobile devices. The users existing smart transportation card (e.g. Oyster in London) will be uploaded on to their mobile device. This allows the user to simply place their Mobile Device next to the reader, and PlaceIt handles the rest. This solution also has the benefit of being interoperable with existing Transport Ticketing systems. The user can intuitively view and manage the details to his Transit Profile, as well as charge his profile securely from his mobile device. The service will support major credit card and online payment services such as PayPal, Android Pay, Visa and more.
