About
Phosphan has developed a process of phosphatization zinc phosphate conversion coating. Phosphatization is used to provide metallic parts with corrosion resistance, lubricity, wear resistance, or as a foundation for subsequent coatings or painting. The company's technology combines two types of processes: a "dry" surface pretreatment process followed by a "wet" phosphating process. The process itself is environmentally friendly and carried out in a closed circle without sewage. Phosfan's process can be applied to any base metal such as stainless steels, aluminum, and copper alloys. The Phosfan process can be used to upgrade current coating lines by replacing wet stages with Phosfan's dry process or in new coating lines being built. Phosphan is a spinoff of Proffimat S.R.
