Parko brings a data-driven solution for finding the best available on-street parking. Through our smart algorithms we collect information on drivers' parking behaviors to create intelligent predictive parking availability maps. Using these predictive parking availability maps, Parko LastMile provides the most optimal route for finding the best available on-street parking. Additionally, Parko gives you a door-to-door ETA that takes into account the expected parking search time and even offers an Escape Route feature that redirects you to the closest or cheapest parking garage. Parko Analytics allows you to access a wealth of behavioral information about your users even when your app isn't currently running. This allows your app to alert users for different reasons: your parking payment app may prompt a user with a mobile payment option when he pulls into a parking lot; navigation app would be able to alert a user that she is likely to run into bad traffic and could benefit from using the navigation app.
