Parko Analytics allows you to access a wealth of behavioral information about your users even when your app isn't currently running. This allows your app to alert users for different reasons: your parking payment app may prompt a user with a mobile payment option when he pulls into a parking lot; navigation app would be able to alert a user that she is likely to run into bad traffic and could benefit from using the navigation app.
