OUNA is an employee assessment and recruitment platform based on decentralized blockchain technology. At the heart of the platform is Analyzer, a pyramidal online assessment tool based on 15 years of research and tested in more than 100 case studies. Analyzer was acquired by OUNA in 2017 and transformed into the basis of OUNA. OUNA is building an anonymous, blockchain-based ecosystem of personality traits and individual skills.
